Before requesting our bespoke services, please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed and aligned with the designer’s portfolio. This commission is a collaborative journey based on the designer’s intuitive attunement and the visual manifestation of your unique energy field.

【創作流程與溝通規範】
Creative Process
& Formal Consultation

我們僅透過官方表單、Facebook、Instagram 或 Email 進行前期深度文字溝通。為確保藝術創作的完整性與靈感流動，本服務「不提供任何形式之草稿或初稿」。 Initial consultations are conducted exclusively via our official forms, Facebook, Instagram, or Email. To preserve the creative integrity and the spontaneous flow of inspiration, no drafts, sketches, or preliminary mock-ups will be provided.

【完稿交付與不修改原則】
Final Delivery
& Non-Revision Policy

本服務與一般商業設計性質不同。完稿交付後，不提供任何修改或調整機會。您所委託的是設計師的品牌藝術價值，以及為您量身打造的唯一藝術實相。 Unlike standard commercial design services, all sales are final and no revisions or amendments will be offered upon delivery of the final artwork. You are acquiring the designer’s professional brand value and a unique piece of art crafted exclusively for your essence.

【不可退款與終止條款】
Non-Refundable
& Binding Agreement

鑑於本作品具備高度個人化之特質，一旦下單並進入設計程序，恕不接受任何形式之退款、更換或退貨。下單即視為完全同意本聲明之所有條款。 Due to the highly personalized and bespoke nature of this artwork, all transactions are non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the creative process has commenced. By placing an order, you provide your irrevocable consent to these terms.

📜 法律規範說明 / Legal Compliance:

• Taiwan: 本服務屬於「客製化給付」，依據《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第 2 條第 2 款，不適用 7 天鑑賞期。 (This service constitutes "Bespoke Supply" under the "Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecom Transactions," and the statutory 7-day cooling-off period does not apply.)

• USA: All sales of personalized, custom-made artwork are final. Pursuant to standard commercial law regarding bespoke goods, no returns or refunds are permitted once production has begun. (所有客製化藝術品銷售均為最終決定。根據客製化商品商業法，一旦開始製作，恕不接受退換貨。)

• UK/EU: This contract is for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s unique specifications. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, such bespoke items are strictly exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. (本合約係為消費者特定需求製作之商品。根據《消費者合約條例》，此類訂製商品排除 14 天撤銷權之適用。)
