【創作流程與溝通】

Creative Process & Communication

我們僅透過表單、FB 、IG 或 Email 進行前期的文字深度溝通。為確保藝術創作的完整性與靈感流動，本服務「不提供草稿」亦「不提供設計初稿」。

We conduct initial consultations exclusively via forms, Instagram, Facebook, or email. To preserve the integrity of the artistic process and the flow of inspiration, we do not provide drafts or preliminary sketches.

【完稿交付與修改規則】

Final Delivery & Amendment Policy

與一般商業設計案不同，本服務在交付最終完稿後，不提供任何修改機會。您所購買的是設計師的品牌價值，以及為您量身打造的唯一藝術品。

Unlike standard commercial design projects, no revisions or amendments are offered after the final artwork is delivered. You are acquiring the brand value of the designer and a unique piece of art crafted specifically for you.

【不可退款聲明】

Non-Refundable Policy

由於本項作品具備高度個人客製化屬性，一旦下單並進入設計階段，恕不接受任何形式的退款或退換貨。下單即代表完全同意以上條款。

Due to the highly personalized nature of this bespoke artwork, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted once the order is placed. By placing an order, you fully agree to these terms.

📜 法律規範說明 / Legal Compliance:

• Taiwan: This service is a "Bespoke Supply" under the "Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecom Transactions," and the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. (本服務屬於「客製化給付」，不適用 7 天鑑賞期。 法源: 依據 「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第 2 條第 2 款。)  

• USA: All sales of personalized artwork are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once the design process has commenced. (所有客製化藝術品銷售均為最終決定，設計開始後恕不接受退換貨。)

• UK/EU: This contract is for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications and is exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. (本合約為依消費者要求製作之商品，排除 14 天撤銷權。)
